According to the thick of valve piece there are two kinds of WHY float valve, type WHY-1 with 2.5 mm and type WHY-2 with 3.0 mm. The valve is composed of nine upright posts and top hats. The function of the post is to pilot and distribute the airflow. A pilot slitting on the top hat could impulse flow on column plate forward in directional therefore reduce the liquid level fall and increase the efficiency of column. When low load it works as perforated plate tower with five holes on the valve pieces. There are three lugs on the valve piece, when load augmenting the piece floated up along post. Because it slides up and down without any turn the valve piece turns on steadily.
Compared with general float valves the operation elasticity is more than 10 : 1, and within the range steady efficiency and differential pressure are obtained. Valve openings diameter: Φ50mm, the number of valves is more less than general ones in the same opening rate.
